Man charged with nabbing antique portrait of Napoleon

AUGUSTA - A thief with an eye for art is in jail after he tried to nab a miniature oil portrait of Napoleon and Josephine from an Augusta antique store.<br>

Police say 41-year-old Arthur Glover shoplifted the piece and a store worker followed him.<br>
<br>
The picture was in a bronze frame and is valued at $1,150.
