Wayne County woman charged in stabbing death of infant son

JESUP - Police have charged a Wayne County woman with murder in the stabbing death of her 22-day-old son, who bled to death at a Jesup hospital. <br>

Eighteen-year-old Temesha Boykins is in the Wayne County Jail awaiting a court appearance in the death of her son, Kadofe Johnson. <br>
<br>
She was arrested Friday, a day after Kadofe died at a hospital emergency room. The boy's family had taken him to the hospital. <br>
<br>
Doctors called police, who began investigating the infant's death. <br>
<br>
Investigators found a bloody kitchen knife at Boykins' home. It has been sent to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation's crime lab for analysis.
