CANANDAIGUA, NY (AP) - Three-time NASCAR champion Tony Stewart will find out no later than next week whether authorities will pursue charges in the death of a driver he struck during a sprint car race in upstate New York last month.

CHARLOTTE, NC - Matt Kenseth went into the final 10-race Chase for the Sprint Cup championship last year as the points leader and already with five victories. He then started the Chase winning at Chicago and New Hampshire, but eventually was the season runner-up to Jimmie Johnson.
