House Bill 1037, designed in part to help address issues of elder abuse inside Georgia's nursing homes, was recently signed into law by Gov. Deal. Kathy Floyd with the Georgia Council on Aging joined the Afternoon News Wrap to discuss the issue of elderly abuse and how HB 1037 may help combat the problem.
