I watched what may turn out to be the best college football game of the season Saturday night, on the first big day of the season - and it was a game that shouldn't have been on television.

White County girl killed during storm identified
The name of the 6-year-old White County girl who was killed in Thursday's storms when she was swept away by the waters of a rain-swollen creek was released late Friday. Meanwhile, nearly 35 homes were damaged or destroyed by flooding in Ellijay.
