ATHENS -- Georgia had its first spring practice in full pads on Friday before taking a week off for spring break. Georgia will return to practice on March 17. Coach Mark Richt said several players can use the week off to recover from injuries before the April 5 G-Day game.

Sarah Elliott scored 16 points as fourth-seeded Kentucky beat No. 23 Georgia 57-50 on Friday night in the Southeastern Conference tournament.
