UNG men's tennis selected to NCAA tournament field
The University of North Georgia men's tennis team, ranked No. 21 in the most recent Intercollegiate Tennis Association NCAA Division II poll, was selected for participation in the nine-team NCAA Division II Southeast Region as announced from the NCAA office on the men's tennis selection show Tuesday evening.

The No. 18 University of North Georgia baseball team etched its mark in school history as the Nighthawks claimed the 2015 Peach Belt Conference regular season championship by virtue of a 5-3 win over Montevallo on Sunday afternoon at Bob Stein Stadium.

UNG softball advances to PBC final with 8-2 win over Ga. Regents; title game moved To Sunday
The top-seeded University of North Georgia's PBC softball tournament championship game with second-seeded Georgia College was halted in the top of the second inning due to a strong thunderstorm. The storm dumped enough water on the field to render the playing surface unsafe for the rest of the night.
