Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(2)(m)] Observed facilities' ware washing machine pressure gauge measuring 5 pounds per square inch. There was also an excessive leak on the ware washing devices' booster heater. Measuring devices that display the pressures in the water supply line for the fresh hot water sanitizing rinse shall be accurate to ± 2 pounds per square inch (± 14 kilopascals) in the 15-25 pounds per square inch (100-170 kilopascals) range. PIC will have ware wash machine properly serviced by COB. New Violation. Correct By: 04/12/2023 17D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(f)] Observed inoperable light fixture in walk-in freezer. The light intensity shall be At least 10 foot candles (108 lux) at a distance of 30 inches (75 cm) above the floor, in walk-in refrigeration units and dry food storage areas and in other areas and rooms during periods of cleaning. PIC to correct at COB. New Violation. Correct By: 04/12/2023
