Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Observed an beverage container with a screw top lid in a reach in cooler and the reach in freezer. 2. Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas. However, drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee’s hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles will be allowed. Designate and label a shelf in the reach in cooler for employee personal items. Designate and label and area for employee belongs in the server area, ensure separation of food service items and employee belongs in all areas. New Violation. 3-1C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(1)] Observed a tub of sliced lemons stored in the ice for consumption, ice is a food do not store anything in the ice. COS- manager removed the lemons and removed the adulterated ice from the server ice station. 11-6-1.04(1) - Safe, unadulterated and Honestly Presented (P) (1) Condition. Food shall be safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented. P Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3] Observed residue build-up on nonfood-contact surface. Clean the exterior of the refrigeration units. Observed reuse of cardboard boxes, plastic chicken broth containers, and grocery store bags. 3. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. New Violation.
