-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed an ice machine with built up mold debris and pink slime. PIC stated ice machine is cleaned once a month. Food contact surfaces should be cleaned and sanitized at a frequency to prevent mold accumulations. COS: Ice machine was shut down to be cleaned and sanitized. PIC is to clean ice machine every 2 weeks (twice a month) Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
