Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05((2)(l)] Observed an internal temperature measuring device in a reach in cooler reading at 45F. Inspector took an ambient temperature of reach in cooler and reading was at 45F. TCS items inside of reach in cooler read at 41F. Ambient air and water temperature measuring devices that are scaled only in Fahrenheit shall be accurate to ±3ºF in the intended range of use. COS: PIC manually adjusted temperature of reach in cooler to an ambient temperature of 40F. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
