Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(i)] Observed employee preparing food on prep line not wearing a hair net. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair while preparing food. COS: PIC instructed employee to put a hair net on. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3] Observed gaskets throughout the facility to have an accumulation of dark debris. Observed McCafe reach in to have an accumulation of dried up milk. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
