Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(3)(a)] No one employed is currently certified as a food safety manager. Food service establishments shall have in its employ a Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) as specified in paragraph (b) of this subsection to ensure food safety is being managed within the food service establishment during all hours of operation as specified within paragraph (d) of this subsection. PIC to notify health authority within 10 days of inspection that they have enrolled in a food safety manager course or of scheduled a test date. This is the third consecutive routine inspection where the same code provision violation has been observed. Repeat Violation. Correct By: 05/20/2021
