Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed TCS foods Raw Shelled Eggs and Liquid eggs cold holding inside a reach in cooler unit at temperatures above 41 Degrees Fahrenheit. Except during preparation. cooking or cooling, or when time is used as the public health control, time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41 Degrees Fahrenheit or below or 135 Degrees Fahrenheit or above. PIC immediately discarded the liquid and shelled eggs during the inspection. New Violation. COS. New Violation.
