Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(i)] Observed 1 employee preparing food with no hair restraint. Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustache longer than one half inch. COS: Employee voluntarily placed on a hair restraint during inspection. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 12B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(g)] Observed 1 employee wearing a wrist bangle while preparing food. Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: Employee voluntarily removed wrist bangle during inspection. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Observed the top third of the most recent inspection report not being posted in drive-thru window. Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report and also have the inspection report posted so that the minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window. COS: Inspector observed PIC place the top one-third of most current inspection in drive-thru window. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 14C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3] Observed single-use burger wrapping paper being stored in a manner that does not prevent contamination. Single service and single-use articles shall be kept in the original protective package or stored by using other means that afford protection from contamination until used. COS: PIC protected single-use burger wrapper by placing an alternative protective cover during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
