Violation of Code: [511-6-1-.04(7)(e)] Observed Consumer Advisory on menu all in lower case and less than size #8 font. The disclosure and reminder statements shall be worded in legible type in all capital letters and no smaller than size #8 font. New violation. New Violation. 8-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(g)] Observed chlorine sanitizer solution at the (3) compartment sink measuring more than 100ppm. Chemical sanitizers shall meet requirements specified in 40 CFR 180.940. Tolerance exemptions for active and inert ingredients for use in antimicrobial formulations. (Food -contact surface sanitizing solutions). Chlorine Sanitizer solution should measure between 50 - 100ppm. New Violation. PIC discarded the solution and prepared a new chlorine sanitizer solution that measured between 50 -100ppm. New Violation. cos New Violation. 14A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(k)] Observed ice cream scoop stored in standing water that measured 97 Degrees Fahrenheit. Storage of in - use water during pauses in food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored in a container of water if the water is maintained at a temperature of at least 135 Degrees Fahrenheit and the container is cleaned at a frequency specified under DPH rule 511-6-1. 05 (7)(b)3(vi). Note: PIC discarded the water and replaced it with water that was above 135 degrees Fahrenheit. New violation. corrected on site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(q)] Observed accumulated grease debris on the floor around the two barrels of oil at the back area of the facility. Soiled receptacles and waste handling units for refuse recyclables and returnables shall be cleaned at a frequency that will minimize the developing of a buildup of soil or become attractants for insects and rodents.
