Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed dish machine in the kitchen registering 0ppm of chlorine with a chemical test kit. A Chlorine solution shall have a minimum temperature based on the concentration and PH of the solution as follows: 50 - 100ppm at 75 Degrees Fahrenheit. Note: The manager replaced the empty sanitizer bucket below the dish machine and eventually the dish machine registered between 50 - 100ppm of chlorine. new violation. Corrected On-Site.
