Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(b)] Observed hand sink nearest to front counter and drive thru window to not be stocked with paper towels. Each handwashing sink shall be provided with a hand drying provision. COS: PIC refilled paper towel dispenser. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed ware washing machine to have run with 0ppm Cl sanitizer and only to have reached 108 degrees Fahrenheit. Per the machine data plate a minimum temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit and minimum sanitizer concentration of 50ppm chlorine is needed. Until the machine is repaired all dishes must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized in the 3-compartment sink. 10 days to correct violation. New Violation. Correct By: 01/25/2021
