Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Observed 3 open beverages on prep surfaces in main kitchen. Drinks must be in a single service cup with a lid and straw and kept in designated area. COS: Drinks were moved out of the kitchen. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed both bar and kitchen dish machines at 10ppm chlorine. (50ppm required for both). All dishes are to be washed in 3 compartment sink using QAC sanitizer until dish machine are repaired. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Observed ham dated 12-26 and ranch dated 12-28. TCS foods must be used or discarded within 7 days of preparation. COS: PIC discarded ranch and ham. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
