Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(8)(b)] Observed eggnog with an expiration date of 11/23/20 in reach-in cooler in back kitchen. Expired foods must be discarded. COS: PIC voluntarily discarded eggnog. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(r)] Observed hot water not functioning properly at front handsink. The handsink must provided water at 100F. PIC to have plumbing at sink repaired. Employees to wash hands in back area. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
