Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed cheese and hamburgers holding on countertop at 45F and 47F. Observed reach-in cooler holding at 50F ambient eggs at 52F. Time/temperature controlled for safety foods must be cold held at 41F or lower. COS: Cheese & beef placed out at 11:00, eggs placed in cooler at 11:00 were placed in reach-in cooler to cool. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Observed coke machine leaking into container on floor. Equipment msut be maintained in good repair. PIC to have coke machine repaired. New Violation.
