Employee beverages must be in a single service cup with lid and straw and kept in designated areas in the kitchen. COS: PIC moved all beverages to office area. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(b)] Observed both handsinks in main kitchen no supplied with paper towels. All handwashing sinks must be provided with an approved hand drying provision. COS: PIC placed paper towels at both sinks. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed soda nozzles with an accumulation of debris. Food-contact surfaces must be clean to sight and touch. COS: nozzles were cleaned an sanitized. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed turkey at 129F and pork at 120F in hot box. TCS foods must be hot held at 135F or hotter. COS Employee reheated turkey and pork within 20 minutes.
