Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(b)] Observed 1 employee finish washing dishes at 3 compartment sink, dry hands with paper towels, and don gloves. Employees must wash hands when changing tasks using proper handwashing sink using soap and hot water. Observed employee wash hands at 2 compartment sink by running water and using a towel to scrub hands. Employee dried hands using apron. Employees must use soap, water, and an approved hand drying provision when washing hands. COS: Both employees washed their hands using appropriate technique. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
