Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Observed Sweet N Sour Chicken Cooked yesterday with no date marking. Food Prepared and Held in a food establishment for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises sold or discarded when held at a temperature of 41 Degrees Fahrenheit or below for a Maximum of (7) days . PIC immediately labeled the chicken during the inspection. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(e)] Observed chlorine sanitizer solution measuring more than 200ppm with a chemical test kit. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be used according to Law and this Chapter. Note: PIC discarded the solution and made a new solution of Chlorine sanitizer that measured 50 - 100ppm of Chlorine during the Inspection. New Violation.
