Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed Caso Dip hot holding in the steam well in the kithen at 110 Degrees Fahrenheit. according to the, manager it had just been placed on the steam table. The Caso dip was placed on the stove top to reheated to 165 Degrees Fahrenheit with in 15 seconds. New Violation. New Violation.
