Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Observed outdoor walk-in cooler evaporator fan with an accumulation of ice. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and good condition. Repair to be made to ensure condenser functions properly. New Violation. 17D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(f)] Observed light in outdoor walk-in freezer not working. The light intensity shall be: 1. At least 10 foot candles (108 lux) at a distance of 30 inches (75 cm) above the floor, in walk-in refrigeration units and dry food storage areas and in other areas and rooms during periods of cleaning.
