Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed multiple TCS foods being held in walk-in cooler at 44F. See log. Cooler door does not automatically close. Door swings open if not closed forcefully. PIC to keep door closed and monitor foods that have been recently prepped to ensure they are cooled properly. Walk-in cooler must be able to maintain foods at 41F. PIC to move TCS foods that are not being held at 41F to a unit capable of holding the food at 41F or lower. Have walk-in cooler serviced and install a self closer for the door. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(2)(a)] Observed a patch of foam stuck to wall underneath soap dispenser handle. Floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained to be smooth and easily cleanable. PIC to remove foam and caulk area where sink meets the wall. New Violation.
