Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed raw beef holding in reach-in cooler at 48F. Observed cabbage slaw and milk holding in another reach-in sliding door cooler at 47F and 46F respectively. Time/temperature controlled for safety foods must be cold held at 41F or lower to prevent the potential growth of harmful bacteria. COS: cabbage, milk, and steak were moved to another cooler hold food at 40F. Cabbage, milk, and steak had been delivered before lunch. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Grease trap area observed to have a heavy accumulation of trash and leaf litter. The grease trap area must be maintained and clean. PIC to clean grease trap area. New Violation.
