Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed sanitizer spray in main kitchen at 0ppm chlorine. Chlorine sanitizer must be kept at a concentration of 50 - 100ppm in order to be effective. COS: PIC remade sanitizer that measured 100ppm chlorine. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
