Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed accumulated food debris inside the Microwave oven unit. Ensure all food contact surfaces are clean to sight and touch. PIC ordered am employee to immediately clean the microwave which was done during the inspection. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i)] The facility to have run out for test kits for the sanitizer (i) Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Pf. PIC will order test kits . New violation. Note: Inspector used his own test kits to measure the sanitizer concentration of the sanitizer during the inspection. New Violation.
