Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed debris build up on ceiling of ice machine bin around chute. Food-contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. It is recommended to empty ice bin and clean entire interior once or twice every 2 weeks. Bar area not in use at this time. Ice to be emptied and machine cleaned before next use. New Violation.
