Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] All Qac Sanitizer buckets as well as the 3-compartment sink had no qac ppm reading. Later investigation revealed there was an air bubble in the hose of the 3-compartment sink qac sanitizer dispenser. Qac Sanitizers should have a reading of 200-400ppm or according to manufacturing recommendations to ensure food contact surfaces and non-food contact surfaces are being sanitized. COS: All Qac Sanitizer buckets were remade and dishes in the 3-compartment sink were soaked in new sanitizer with a reading of 200ppm. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
