Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed mold accumulation in ice machine. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. PIC to clean and sanitize ice machine at the end of the working day. New Violation. 14A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(k)] Observed spoon stored in coarse sugar carton with handle in contact with sugar. Observed cream cheese spatula laying in prep top cooler with handle touching tortillas. During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored in the food with their handles above the top of the food and the container. COS: PIC removed in use utensils from foods during the inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
