Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(6)] Cafeteria staff have no chemical on site that is effective against norovirus, the number one cause of foodborne illness in the United States. In the event of a vomit/fecal incident in the kitchen or dining area a sanitizer effective against Norovirus must be used to sanitize the area. PIC was provided with EPA list G (products approved for use against Norovirus). Staff to obtain an effective product and inform the health authority. New Violation.
