Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed milk wash cold holding at 51 degrees Fahrenheit inside the walk-in cooler. Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41 degrees Fahrenheit (5 degrees Celsius) or below. PIC voluntarily discarded the milk wash during the inspection. PIC was educated about storing the milk wash at the coldest part of the cooler rather than near the door at the front of the cooler. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
