Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Observed Cole slaw that had been prepped 2 days prior to the inspection date, raw chicken, raw chicken breast, and whiting fish all without a date label. TCS food should be date labeled when being held over night or longer than 24hrs with the day of preparation being day 1 and the discard date being day 7. COS: TCS foods were date labeled with the correct date label. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
