Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(i)] Observed Salsa at the cook line being held using Time as a Public Health Control .which had been left out at room temperature for more than (4) hours. The salsa was observed to be 83 Degrees Fahrenheit. Ensure all TCS foods being used under time are properly monitored and disposed of after their time has expired. PIC immediately discarded the Salsa during the inspection. New Violation. cos. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
