Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(1)] Observed 2 containers of pastrami with a date label prepped on 5/8/19 and discard date of 5/11/19 which had started to spoil and rot. Current date is 5/20/19. Food should be stored unadulterated and honestly presented to avoid contamination. COS: Pastrami was discarded by the person in charge. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
