Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(iv)] Observed pizzas stored above prep-top unit exposed to A/C exhaust and other various overhead contaminants. Food must be stored covered to prevent overhead contamination. COS: Top pizza removed and sheet pan placed at the top of the rack to cover pizzas stored underneath. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed residue of adhesive on baffle in ice machine. Residue was easily removable causing a contamination risk to ice stored in ice machine. Food-contact surfaces must be clean to sight and touch to reduce the risk of contamination of food. COS: PIC removed baffle for cleaning/sanitizing. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(2)(n)] Observed multiple filter pieces missing from the back of exhaust ventilation hood. Remaining filters in need of cleaning. Exhaust ventilation hood systems must be maintained in good condition. New Violation.
