Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(3)(a)] Establishment did not have a CSFM document posted for the manager who currently is the only one certified. The original CFSM certificate shall be posted in public view in each food service establishment. Repeat Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(q)] Observed dumpster area to have built up trash and debris. Dumpster areas should be cleaned at a frequency to prevent possible insect/rodent attraction. New Violation.
