Remarks The facility has smokers at the back of the facility . They are not approved at this time for operation. Facility is in the process of getting them approved by contacting city of Gainesville and then submit plans to the city of Gainesville and the Health Dept. prior to approval. The facility was given Employee Health material and Fecal / Vomit procedures. The facility has a walk in cooler in a building next door. The building is approved for food storage. A follow up routine inspection will be conducted in (60) days time.
