Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed diced tomatoes, cut lettuce, blue cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese being held in front food service prep top cooler at 54 degrees F. Time/temperature Controlled for Safety foods must be cold held at 41 degrees F or lower. COS: PIC voluntarily discarded tomatoes, lettuce, blue, and mozzarella cheeses. PIC was educated on possibly placing these items in deeper pans with lids. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
