Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(1)] Observed 2 severely dented cans, on their seams, of tomato soup in the dry storage area. Canned goods must be kept free of dents on their seams and severe dents in their body. This is to prevent the spread of C. botulinum which can cause botulism. COS: PIC discarded canned soup. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
