Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed various TCS food items cold holding inside the Prep Top Cooler at the front customer service area at temperatures all above 41 Degrees Fahrenheit. Ensure all TCS foods are cold held at temperatures below 41 Degrees Fahrenheit. PIC voluntarily discarded all of the TCS food items (See Table above)that were all located in the prep top cooler that were above 41 Degrees Fahrenheit during the inspection. New Violation. COS. Note: The prep top cooler is not to be used to hold or cool any TCS food items until it is repaired and he can maintain an ambient temperature of 41 Degrees or below. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
