Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(6)] Establishment had no written vomit/diarrheal procedure in place incase if the event were to occur. A food establishment shall have procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. COS: PIC provided establishment with written vomit procedure and discussed using an EPA regulated chemical after clean up. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed drink dispenser with small mold particles inside of the sprite and coke dispenser nozzles. Food contact surfaces should be cleaned and sanitized at a frequency to prevent mold accumulation and buildup. COS: PIC removed nozzles and placed them in a sanitizer to soak. Inspector informed PIC on using a brush to scrub the inside of the nozzles after soaking in sanitizer. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 6-1A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed raw chicken and raw bacon located at the bottom of a 1-door standing cooler with date labels of 9/7/18 that were stored over night and had temperatures ranging between 48F and 54F. TCS foods should be maintained at 41F or lower to control the growth of bacteria. Also observed liquid butter with date label 9/7/18 stored in a pan next to the stove. On the package "keep refrigerated" was found. Non-shelf stable butter should be kept refrigerated and be held below 41F to prevent bacterial growth. COS: PIC voluntarily discarded raw chicken, raw bacon, and the liquid butter. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 18 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(k)] Observed many live and dead flies located at the bottom, inside of the standing 1-door cooler beneath the out of temperature chicken. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by: Routinely inspecting the premises for evidence of pest; and eliminating harborage conditions. New Violation.
