Observed Employee drinking from an open cup at the front customer service area of the facility and greeting customers. Also an open plate of cake was observed at the back area in the kitchen. Employees shall consume beverages only in designated areas and shall drink from a single-service beverage cup with a lid and a straw to prevent the contamination of the employees hands, clean equipment, and food preparation areas. Employee removed both the open cup and plate of cake during the inspection. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. No drop deliver contract was observed , no temperatures were observed recorded on the invoices of the drop delivery operation. The business entity providing key drop delivery to the establishments shall certify in writing to the establishment that the products delivered will be under its control throughout the delivery process to the establishment, and that all products will be delivered to the establishment during the key drop delivery hours pursuant to the secured access arrangement set by the food establishment complies Health Department's regulations. The entity providing the key drop deliveries shall ensure that all products are stored within the Food service establishment and not left on loading docks or in an area accessible to the public. Food shall be stored in compliance with applicable provisions of DPH RULE 511-6-1-04. PIC was given material sample of a drop delivery contract. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
