Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(e)1,2,4] Area where sanitized dishes are placed to dry is within the splash zone of the mop and mop sink area. Clean utensils must be stored in an area where they are not vulnerable to contamination. Suggest a splash guard to partition the mop area from the clean storage area. New Violation.
