Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed mold accumulation and debris located on the inside of nozzles on 2 different drink dispensers located in the front main lobby. Food contact surfaces should be cleaned at a frequency to prevent build up. COS: PIC removed nozzles and had them replaced with new freshly sanitized nozzles. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
