Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(h),(i)] No min/max thermometer or thermal stickers available for checking surface temperature of utensils at high temp warewashing machine. In hot water mechanical warewashing operations, an irreversible registering temperature indicator shall be provided and readily accessible for measuring the utensil surface temperature. New Violation. 16B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(i)] No service sink available for dumping waste water from mop and cleaning buckets. At least one service sink or one curbed cleaning facility equipped with a floor drain shall be provided and conveniently located for the cleaning of mops or similar wet floor cleaning tools and for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste. Owner must contact the Health Authority for verifying approval of location of sink prior to installation. Must have installed with 30 days. New Violation. 17D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(f)] Many lights burnt out, dim, or not working throughout food service areas to where equipment and utensils are in dark places that cannot be adequately assessed for cleanliness. Owner to replace lights with brighter bulbs or LED fixtures so that food service staff can monitor areas for effective cleanliness. New Violation.
