Establishment with a variance must maintain and provide documentation of their variance if those approved procedures are being used in the facility. New Violation. 14B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(10)(e)1,2,4] Observed soiled equipment stored in drawer that is also heavily soiled after being used to clean the grill. Equipment shall be stored so that it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination. New Violation.
